MINEX Russian 2013 endorsement letter issued by the Federal Agency for Subsoil Use (Rosnedra)

The Federal Agency for Subsoil Use (Rosnedra) attaches great importance to the establishment of direct and open dialogue between the government and mining companies which operating in the Russian Federation.

Rosnedra is the official Lead partner of MINEX Russia 2013 Forum and is planning to present its priority plans in the framework of the Forum, which will be held in Moscow on 2 – 3 October 2013.

On 2 October before the official opening of the Forum, Rosnendra will hold a Roundtable meeting with the heads of mining and investment companies on current issues of subsoil use in Russia.

Rosnedra’s delegation will be led by Valery Anatolievich Pak, the Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation – The Head of the Federal Agency for Subsoil Use (Rosnedra).

During the roundtable we propose to discuss priority issues facing the mining industry and invite an open exchange of views from subsoil users. At the round table participants will be able to make suggestions and recommendations to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology and to the Federal Agency for Subsoil Use (Rosnedra).

We are confident that MINEX Russia 2013 Forum will contribute to further development of international cooperation in the mining industry and will help to establish a multilateral dialogue between the government and the business community on a wide range of issues.
