Mr Osenmuk is Managing Director of LLC 1st Mining and Exploration Company since 2012. From 2008 to 2011 he was CEO of LLC Polyus Geologorazvedka (Polyus Gold group), from 2004 to 2007 he was CFO of Polyus Gold. From 1997 to 2002 he worked with ONEXIMbank and Rosbank as the Head of Client Relation Department, from 1991 to 1997 and in 2003 he worked on MICEX as Deputy CEO.

Mr Osenmuk graduated from Moscow Financial institute (now Financial University under Government of Russian Federation) with a degree in international economic relations.
