Speaker’s guidelines

All speakers are expected to submit the following documentation prior to the forum:

  • Bio and Photo
  • Presentation slides in PDF format (to be included in the Minex CD materials)
  • Handout notes in PDF format (to be included in the Minex CD materials)
  • Presentation slides in PowerPoint or PDF format for on-screen presentation during the forum

Submission deadlines

  • Completed speaker form with photo – on or before 19 August
  • Presentation slides to be included in the forum’s handouts on CD –  on or before 20 September
  • Handout notes to be included in the forum’s CD)  -  on or before 20 September
  • Speaker’s slides in PowerPoint or PDF format to be presented on screen at the Forum -  on or before 27 September

 

  • All speaker documentation should be sent to: admin@minexforum.com
  • If the file size exceeds 10 MB, please upload it on free ftp server: http://wikisend.com and email the link to the file to admin@minexforum.com

 

Terms and condition 

Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, MINEX Forum reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.

In case speaker is no longer available to present at the forum he or she may offer a substitute speaker who will be admitted to the forum without additional charge.

 

Admission fee refund policy

Cancellations received in writing before 26 September 2013 will be subject to administration charge of £65 GBP. Full forum fees are payable in the event of cancellation on 26 September 2013 or thereafter. Substitutions are welcome at any time free of charge (providing the attendee has Russia entry visa).
