Andrei is a senior manager of tax and law practice of Ernst & Young Moscow and has 10 years experience in tax and law consultancy. Before joing Enrst & Young in 2006 he was in charge of international project of legal department of large consultancy firm. Andrei has extensive experience in structuring and supporting of M&A transactions and investment projects, corporate restructuring, advising on foreign legislation (Cyprus, Netherlans, Liechtenstein, UK, etc). Andrei's client portfolio includes banks and large industrial companies as well as construction, real estate, IT, alternative energy companies. Andrei has higher legal education, he is Ph.D in law.
