Andrey Kharlashin has an extensive experience in research and analysis of mineral-petrographic and geochemical characteristics of ore deposits of solid minerals and also has a broad experience in organization and conducting prospecting and evaluation works. In 1986 he graduated from Leningrad Mining Institute. Since 1986 Andrey worked at Karpinsky Russian Geological Institute, the last position was the head of lithology department. In 1993 he defended his postgraduate thesis.
From November 2005 – Deputy General Director of “Micromine Russia” Company.
From August 2008 Andrey is a General Director of “RJC Exploration”. The AGR system was created and a lot of projects on its application and implementation were realized under his guidance.
