Georgy Kalachev is a corporate finance lawyer based in Moscow. He specialises in M&A, JVs, general corporate matters and intellectual property. He has particular industry focus on energy and infrastructure commodities sectors, including mining and metals.

Georgy graduated from the law faculty of Moscow Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) in 2006 and joined the Moscow office in 2005. Georgy speaks Russian and English and has a working knowledge of Norwegian.
