Grigory I.Voyloshnikov, Deputy General Director: Science & Innovations, JSC Irgiredmet, PhD, Dr Tech Sci (Metallurgy), Laureate of the Russian Federation Government Prize (Science and Technology). Dr Voyloshnikov is the specialist on precious metals metallurgy and the author of 207 publications including 22 patents and the inventor’s certificate on activated carbon production and CIP/CIL technology and equipment for gold and silver recovery. He joined IRGIREDMET JSC in 1979. Areas of experience include gold and silver metallurgy with emphasis on CIP/CIL technology and its theoretical and practical issues. His thesis results on CIP/CIL circuit design and activated carbon regeneration technology introduction at Russian plants are commercially applied at the Russian mines such as Aldanzoloto JSC, Buryatzoloto JSC, artel “Amur” and are used for the design of new gold plants. He was a speaker at different international Conferences and congresses (Australia, USA, South Africa, Turkey, China etc).
