Leonardo Uehara is the Managing Director of Visagio, a management consultancy company specialized in strategy implementation and operational improvement for the Mining, Oil&Gas and Manufacturing sectors. His practical experience in working with both blue-collar workers and senior managers across the globe as well as having both operational and consultancy experience helps him in connecting the advisory role with the practical implementation. He is also the President of the Council of Supply Chain Management in the UK. He holds an MBA from the London Business School and Tuck School of Business and B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese and, to a lesser extent, in Mandarin, Russian, and Japanese.
